Last Updated: 2026-10-16
Orange Juice (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or work with us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and company details when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage with our services.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
-
Respond to inquiries and provide services.
-
Improve our website and offerings.
-
Communicate updates, insights, or marketing materials (you can opt out anytime).
3. Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your data and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or to provide our services.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We may use cookies and analytics tools to enhance your experience. You can adjust your browser settings to disable cookies if preferred.
5. Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at oscar@ohjay.co.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
7. Orange Juice operates internal tools for ad campaign management, including the “OJ Ads Uploader” app connected to Meta’s Marketing API.
This app is intended for internal use only by authorized team members within Orange Juice AB and its managed client accounts.
We do not collect, store, or share any personal data from Facebook or Meta users. All access tokens are handled securely and used solely for the purpose of uploading creatives and managing ads through the Meta Marketing API, on behalf of clients who have explicitly granted us permission.
8. Measurement tools for our clients: the “OJ Capi enhancer” app
Orange Juice also operates an internal app called “OJ Capi enhancer”, connected to Meta’s Marketing API and Conversions API. It is used only by authorised team members at Orange Juice AB, and it has no public login.
We use it to provide advertising measurement services to our clients. In relation to the data collected on our clients’ online stores, our clients are the controllers and Orange Juice acts as a processor on their behalf. The app:
-
reads advertising performance and signal-quality diagnostics from the Meta ad accounts and datasets that clients share with us;
-
sends purchase, cart, page view and lead events from clients’ online stores to Meta through the Conversions API, so that Meta can measure and optimise their advertising; and
-
reads responses to lead forms on clients’ Facebook Pages and sends back what happened to each lead.
This involves personal data such as identifiers used by Meta for matching events, and contact details such as email address, phone number, name and address. Contact details are hashed before they are sent to Meta. We use this data only to measure and improve advertising for the client concerned. We do not sell it and we do not use it for our own advertising or for any other client.
We do not store the events we send to Meta. For lead ads, we store a one-way hash of the lead’s email address together with timestamps of the lead’s progress, only to avoid reporting the same lead twice and to report later stages such as an added cart or a purchase. We do not store names, phone numbers or unhashed email addresses. Technical logs contain no personal data. We keep the hashed lead records for as long as we work with the client concerned, and delete them when the engagement ends or on the client’s request.
Access is limited to authorised Orange Juice staff. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for these purposes, on behalf of clients who have granted us access.
To exercise your rights regarding data collected on one of our clients’ online stores, contact that store, or contact us at oscar@ohjay.co and we will pass the request on to the client concerned and act on their instructions.
